For ground transportation operators

Run the fleet. We'll run the internet.

Sedan, SUV, Sprinter or coach — one place for bookings, drivers, vehicles and customer messages, plus a website that earns from the tours your passengers were going to book anyway.

Your operation runs on WhatsApp and a notebook

That worked at four vehicles. At fifteen it starts costing you jobs — and the website you paid for years ago isn't bringing in a single one.

01

Bookings live in six places

WhatsApp, the phone, email, and a spreadsheet somebody forgot to update. The one that slips through is the one that was worth $700.

02

Google can't find you

One page for twenty-five destinations means you rank for none of them. Meanwhile the exact route someone is searching for gets typed into Google every day, and it lands on somebody else.

03

The money gets out and walks away

A family you drive to the coast spends thousands that week on tours, tickets and hotels. You collect the fare and wave goodbye.

MM02

What that last one is worth

Put in your own numbers. These are estimates from the model, not measured averages — nobody has run this long enough to have them yet, and we'd rather say so than invent a chart.

Figures in US dollars; the maths is the same in any currency. A $300 tour for a family at 15% is about $45. Global networks pay less than a direct local deal, which is why the rate goes up once you have volume. Hotels pay a smaller percentage on a much bigger ticket. Restaurants pay nothing — they give your passengers free food instead, which is what gets the voucher opened in the first place.

MM03

How it works

Your websiteBuilt by hand

A page for every route you run, with your fares and your name on it. Written by someone who drove it. Yours to keep.

Your panelOne place

Bookings, drivers, vehicles, rates and customer messages. Simple enough to use between dispatch calls.

The network paysCredited to you

Global tour and hotel networks pay from day one. Local operators come later, at better rates, once your site is sending them real volume.

MM04

What's in it

The first four ship today. The rest are being built in the order operators ask for them — and we'd rather show you the roadmap than pretend it's all finished.

A page for every destinationFares, drive times, meeting points and what to do once they're there.
Rates by vehicle classSedan, SUV, Sprinter, minibus. Priced per vehicle, both directions, never per head.

Commission ledgerEvery partner click, every booking, and exactly what came off your fee.
Drivers & vehiclesAssign a driver, track licences and service dates, send the trip to their phone.
Unified messagesSoonWhatsApp and SMS with the customer, kept against the booking.
QuickBooks & OdooSoonWe sync, we don't replace. Your accountant keeps the tools they know.
Your language, and theirsYour passengers arrive from everywhere. The site should meet them in their own language.

This is the panel they get

Every operator gets their own panel on their own subdomain. This is the screen that matters: what the partner network earned through your pages, and what came off your fee because of it.

  • A destination page per route, written by hand
  • Bidirectional fares by vehicle class
  • Booking requests, WhatsApp and payment links
  • The commission ledger, down to the click

Three operators this quarter

Every site is written by hand, route by route, so we take on three at a time and build them properly. These are the terms those three get, and they are not the terms we will be offering next year.

Why it costs you nothing Because you are not what we sell. We earn from the partner network your passengers book through, which means we only make money if your site actually performs. Nobody charging you a monthly fee has that problem — they get paid whether the phone rings or not. We do not. That is the whole reason the terms look like this, and it is also why we would rather build three sites properly than thirty badly.
MM07

What operators ask first

What's the catch?
We make our money from the partner network, not from you. When your passenger books a tour through your site, that operator pays us a referral commission. So compare it honestly: a monthly fee gets charged whether your phone rings or not, and ours only pays if your site brings you work. If we are wrong about that bet, it is our loss, not yours — you can walk with 30 days' notice and take everything with you.
I run black car, not shuttles. Does this fit?
Yes. Rates are set by vehicle class, so a sedan to South Beach and a Sprinter to Key West sit in the same price list. One difference worth knowing up front: the commission side earns most from leisure passengers, because a family heading to the Keys books tours and a corporate account on a Tuesday morning does not. If your work is mostly corporate, buy this for the operations and the website and treat the commission as a bonus.
My booking system already comes with a website
It comes with a booking engine, which is a different thing. That engine closes the deal for someone who has already found you. It does not get you found — a template that ships with dispatch software is the same template thousands of other operators are using, with the name swapped. What ranks is a page per route with real local detail, written by someone who drove it.

One condition though, and it is for your benefit: one public site, not two. Two sites on the same business compete with each other in search, split the authority between them, and neither ranks. If you have an old site we redirect it properly so nothing built up over the years is lost, and your booking engine stays where it belongs — as the tool you work in, not as the shop window.
Do I have to change the system I use now?
No. Whatever you already use for dispatch, keep it — including the spreadsheet, if that is what works. We are not trying to replace payroll, compliance or full dispatch. We do the website, the bookings that come from it, and the money side of getting found.
Do I lose control of my prices?
No. Your rates are yours and you change them yourself in the panel. We don't set prices, we take nothing from your fares, and we never touch the money a passenger pays you for the ride.
Who owns the site if I leave?
You do, from month six onward — domain, content, photos and customer list. Thirty days' notice and we hand it all over. The first six months are the exception: that is how long the site takes to start working, and it is the only thing we ask in return for building it at no cost. After that, we would rather you stay because it works than because you are stuck.
Will you work with my competitor too?
Probably, eventually — we are a software company, not an agency you retain. But your pages are written for your business, from your routes and your fares, and they are not recycled into anybody else's site. Your rates, your customer list and your booking history are yours alone and never leave your account. What we will not do is take what we learned building yours and hand it to the operator down the street as a shortcut.
Will you push tours my passengers don't want?
That would kill the thing that makes it work. The recommendations are places drivers actually use, and the free ones that earn us nothing sit right next to the paid ones. A page that reads like an advert doesn't convert, so our interest is the same as yours.
What happens after the six months?
You see exactly what your site generated, and then you choose. Nothing is charged automatically.

And you do not start from zero. Your half of the commission builds as credit from the first month, so by month seven there is already a balance in your panel. From then on that credit pays your monthly fee first, and anything above it is paid out to you once it passes $200. Whatever price you agree at that point is locked for as long as you stay, even when it goes up for everyone else.

One thing to know: commissions arrive as pending and confirm after 60 days, because a partner can still cancel a booking in that window. Only confirmed credit counts. It is the same reason a marketplace holds your payout — we are waiting until the money is actually ours before treating it as yours.
I already have my own deals with local operators
Then they stay yours, at 100%. We did not bring you that partner, so we do not take a cut of it — we just put them on your pages and track the clicks, so you can finally see how much business you send them.

The 50/50 split only applies to what we bring: the global networks and any local deal we negotiate for you. If we can get a better rate than the one you have because of network volume, we will show you both numbers and you decide. Switch if it suits you, keep yours if it does not.

Operators who have spent years building relationships are exactly who we want. A model that punishes you for having contacts would be a badly designed model.
Does the commission part work in my city?
Yes, from day one. The tour and hotel networks we plug into are global — they have inventory in almost every city with an airport, and your pages earn from them straight away. What comes later is the direct deals: once your site is sending real volume, we negotiate with the local operators for better rates and for the extras your passengers get free. So you earn immediately, and you earn more once there are numbers to negotiate with.
How long until I see traffic?
Your local business listing can move in weeks. Search rankings take months — the first two are slow, the third is when it starts. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is lying to you.
What do you need from me?
Photos of your fleet, your real fares, your booking numbers, and access to your domain and Google account. About two hours in the first week, then almost nothing.
